Neumi

Hans-Joachim „Neumi“ Neumann (* 1952) ist ein ostdeutscher Musiker.

Neumann war von 1972 bis 1973 Mitglied der College Formation und 1975 Gründungsmitglied von Karat. Nach seinem Wehrdienst 1977 bei der NVA gründete er 1979 Neumis Rock Circus.

1983 verließ Neumi die DDR und ging 1986 nach Westberlin, was auch das Ende der Band Neumis Rock Circus bedeutete. [1].

1990 gründete er gemeinsam mit Norbert Endlich, ehemals H&N, die NEUEND-Musikproduktion. Das erste Album hieß Amadeus (live: und die Mozartkugeln, ein Popklassik Projekt). Auslöser war der 200ste Todestag Mozarts. Man schrieb und arrangierte neu - Neumi sang.

Es folgten Alben unter anderem für Judy Weiss, Ines Adler, Lucca, Big Joe, Inka Bause, Junia, David Hasselhoff, Marshall & Alexander für die Neumann/Endlich (NEUEND) als Autoren und Produzenten zeichneten.

Von NEUEND stammen Filmmusiken für den Spielfilm Engelchen und für den für SAT.1 produzierten Achtteiler Die Unbestechliche von Dieter Wedel. Weiterhin werden Schlager für die Flippers, Roland Kaiser und anderen produziert.
