Der Peacock Sound ist eine vollständig vereiste Meerenge (Sund) im Südpolarmeer zwischen dem antarktischen Festland und der Thurston-Insel.

Der 216 Kilometer lange und bis zu 64 Kilometer breite Sund vor der westantarktischen Region Ellsworthland ist nicht schiffbar. Er wurde erst 1960 bei einer Antarktisexpedition entdeckt, als man den gesamten Küstenverlauf der Thurston-Insel, die man bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch für eine Halbinsel gehalten hatte, erforschte.
