Der Flughafen Wakkanai (jap. 稚内空港, Wakkanai Kūkō) ist der Flughafen der japanischen Stadt Wakkanai und liegt etwa 11 Kilometer östlich dieser, direkt an der Küste. Er ist vom japanischen Gesetz her als Zweiter-Klasse-Flughafen eingestuft. Es ist der nördlichste Flughafen Japans.
