Spyros Kyprianou Athletic Center ist die größte Sportarena Zyperns. Die Arena steht in der Stadt Limassol, fasst 6.225 Besucher und bietet zusätzlich 42 Rollstuhlplätze. Sie wurde nach dem ehemaligen Präsidenten von Zypern, Spyros Kyprianou, benannt und ist auch unter dem Namen „Palais de Sports“ bekannt.
Das Projekt wurde von der Zypriotischen Sportorganisation ins Leben gerufen. Die Bauarbeiten begannen 2002 und dauerten bis in das Jahr 2005 bei einem Kostenpunkt von C£ 8,5 Millionen (rund € 14,5 Millionen).
Veranstaltungen
Die Sportarena war schon Mittelpunkt einiger Veranstaltungen, u.a. des FIBA Europe All-Star-Game. November 2008 fand hier der Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2008 statt.
