The Valley ist die Hauptstadt von Anguilla und die einzige Stadt der Insel. Sie hat etwa 1.400 Einwohner. Nahe der Stadt liegt der internationale Flughafen Wallblake Airport (IATA: AXA, ICAO: TQPF).

The Valley hat einige Gebäude, die im Kolonialstil erbaut sind, welche aus der Zeit herrühren, als der Verwaltungssitz der Stadt in St. Kitts lag. Architektonisch herausragend ist auch das Wallblake House, das 1787 erbaut wurde. Des Weiteren gibt es in der Stadt die Loblolly Gallery, eine Kunstgalerie, und das Anguilla National Trust Museum, ein Museum.
