Nicholas Benton Alexander (* 26. Mai 1911 in Goldfield, Nevada; † 5. Juli 1969 in Hollywood, Kalifornien) war ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler.

Seine erste Rolle spielte er mit vier Jahren unter den Regisseuren Cecil B. DeMille und D. W. Griffith. In Im Westen nichts Neues spielte er 1930 den Franz Kemmerich. Als seine Schauspielkarriere Mitte der 1930er Jahre abflachte, fand er ein neues Betätigungsfeld als Radioansager. Im Jahr 1951 kehrte er nochmal in der Rolle eines Detektivs in der Fernsehserie Dragnet zum Film zurück.
