Bruce T. Draine

Bruce T. Draine (* 19. November 1947 in Kalkutta) ist ein US-amerikanischer Astrophysiker.

Draine erwarb den Master in Experimentalphysik (1975) und Doktortitel in theoretischer Physik (1978) an der Cornell University. Er ist Professor an der Princeton University. Sein Hauptarbeitsgebiet ist die Physik des interstellaren Mediums und kosmischen Staubs.

Ehrungen

2004 erhielt Draine den Dannie-Heineman-Preis für Astrophysik.
