Francine Rivers

Francine Sandra Rivers (* 1947) ist eine US-amerikanische Schriftstellerin und in den USA mehrfach für Bestseller preisgekrönt. Sie verarbeitet christliche Themen in ihren zahlreichen Romanen. Bevor sie 1986 Christin wurde, schrieb Rivers historische Romane. Auch im deutschen Sprachraum ist Rivers - vor allem mit ihrer Hadassa-Trilogie - einem größeren Publikum bekannt geworden. Francine Rivers ist verheiratet mit Rick Rivers, hat drei Kinder und lebt in Kalifornien.
