Die Hagstrom Swede (auch Hagström Swede) ist eine E-Gitarre der Firma Hagström, die von 1970 bis 1982 hergestellt wurde und seit 2004 in China wieder produziert wird.

Die Hagstrom Swede wurde unter anderem von bekannten Gitarristen wie Daryl Stuermer[1], Larry Coryell[1] und Jan Akkerman[2] gespielt.

Aussehen und Klang

Vom Aussehen orientiert sie sich an der Gibson Les Paul, durch den runderen Cutaway, die asymmetrische Kopfplatte und die zwei Potentiometer hat sie aber auch Wiedererkennungswert.

Der Klang ist, typisch für Humbucker, warm und voll.
