The Bad Touch ist ein Lied der Bloodhound Gang aus dem Jahr 1999, das von Jimmy Pop geschrieben wurde und auf dem Album Hooray for Boobies veröffentlicht wurde.

Geschichte

The Bad Touch wurde am 31. Mai 1999 veröffentlicht und erreichte in Deutschland eine Woche Platz 1 der Charts. Die B-Seite der Single ist ein Cover von Opportunities (Let's Make Lots of Money) der Pet Shop Boys.

Musikvideo

Das Musikvideo wurde im Sommer 1999 gedreht. Am Anfang tanzt die Band in Affenkostümen in Paris und besonders um den Eiffelturm, folgend betäuben sie mit Blasrohren und Betäubungspfeilen junge, schwarzgekleidete Frauen in Röcken. Schließlich trägt die Band die Frauen weg, die später mit Angelruten befestigt neben Steaks vor Küchenchefs hängen. Dann verzehren einzelne Akteure diverse Insekten und die Bloodhound Gang schlägt zwei Personen mit Baguettes bewusstlos. Ein kleinwüchsiger Pantomime wird mittels eines Netzes gefangen und in den Käfig zu den bewusstlosen Frauen geworfen. Am Ende des Videos werden alle Gefangenen freigelassen und tanzen durch die Straßen, bis schließlich der Pantomime von Lüpüs Thünder mit einem Renault 5 überfahren wird.
