Torre Canne ist ein kleiner Küstenort in der Gemeinde Fasano.

Die etwas über 400 Einwohner leben vom Fischfang und etwas Tourismus. Bereits im 19. Jahrhundert waren die Thermalquellen bekannt, aber erst im 20. Jahrhundert wurden sie erschlossen. Die Dünengebiete von Torre Canne beherbergen viele Tieren, die auf der Roten Liste Italiens stehen.

Bekannt wurde der Ort 1985 in Deutschland als Norbert Poehlke, der in Deutschland als Hammermörder gesucht wurde, hier von der Polizei aufgespürt wurde. Er töte darauf hin seinen Sohn und sich selbst.
