Die dänische Hafenstadt Holbæk [ˈhɔlʔbɛg] befindet sich im Nordwesten der Region Sjælland, am Holbækfjord, der Teil des Isefjords ist. Die Stadt umfasst eine Fläche von 578,7 km². Der Ort wird 1199 als Holbækgaard erstmals erwähnt.
