Mindy Jostyn (* 5. Juni 1956 in Long Island City; † 10. März 2005 in Hudson, New York) war eine US-amerikanische Sängerin und Multiinstrumentalistin.

Mindy Jostyn wuchs auf in San Jose und Wellesley und gründete bereits mit 11 Jahren ihre erste Band, "The Tigers". Ihr musikalischer Schwerpunkt lag im Folkrock-/Popbereich. Sie spielte unter anderem Violine, Gitarre und Mundharmonika. Vor ihrer Solokarriere war sie eine gefragte Begleitmusikerin von international bekannten Künstlern wie Billy Joel, The Hooters, Cyndi Lauper, Jon Bon Jovi und Shania Twain. Sie war verheiratet mit Jacob Brackman, einem US-amerikanischen Journalisten, Autor und Songtexter. Im März 2005 verstarb sie, bevor ihr nächstes Soloalbum veröffentlicht wurde.
