Leo Koenigsberger (* 15. Oktober 1837 in Posen; † 15. Dezember 1921 in Heidelberg) war ein deutscher Mathematiker.

Sein Studium absolvierte er von 1857 bis 1860 in Berlin, wo er durch Weierstraß maßgeblich geprägt wurde. Er lehrte und forschte danach in Berlin und an den Universitäten in Greifswald, Dresden, Wien und vor allem Heidelberg, wo er insgesamt 36 Jahre als Professor wirkte.

Königsbergers Forschung galt vor allem der Theorie elliptischer und hyperelliptischer Integrale sowie komplexer Differentialgleichungen, letzteres in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Lazarus Fuchs. Seine wichtigsten Werke sind seine Monographien über elliptische und hyperelliptischen Integrale von 1874 bzw. 1878 sowie seine Biographie von Helmholtz (1902/03).
