Lampione (ital. „Laterne“) ist die kleinste der Pelagischen Inseln zwischen Sizilien und Tunesien. Die Insel ist 200 Meter lang und 180 Meter breit, der höchste Punkt liegt 40 m s.l.m.[1]

Geographisch gehört Lampione zu Afrika, politisch zur Gemeinde Lampedusa e Linosa der Provinz Agrigent in der italienischen Region Sizilien.

Lampione ist unbewohnt. Einziges Bauwerk auf der Insel ist der sechs Meter hohe Leuchtturm. Der Sage nach ist die Insel ein Felsbrocken aus der Hand der Kyklopen.

Bemerkenswert ist die Fauna der Insel, die zum Naturschutzgebiet Riserva Marina Isole Pelagie gehört. Lampione dient vielen europäischen Zugvögeln als Rastplatz. Zur Meeresfauna zählen Zackenbarsche, Haie, Langusten, Krebstiere und Korallen.
