Non-Central Government

Als Non-Central Governments (NCGs) bezeichnet man Organisationen, die eine staatsähnliche Struktur besitzen und in vielen Ländern typische Staatsaufgaben übernehmen, wie z. B. Krankenversorgung, Katastrophenschutz etc.

Einige Beispiele für NCGs sind:

Nach einigen Definitionen würde man auch die UNO und ihre Unterabteilungen als Non-Central Governments bezeichnen. All diese Organisationen sind überstaatlich tätig und unterstehen so keiner direkten Kontrolle eines einzelnen Staates.
