OpenSkills ist eine weltweite Non-Profit-Organisation, die eine auf HR-XML basierende Plattform, die SkillsBase, für Lebensläufe betreibt.

HR-XML Lebensläufe können in die SkillBase importiert oder in einem Webinterface geschrieben werden. Diese können dann wieder im selben Format exportiert werden und so durchsucht werden.

Die SkillBase kann kostenlos durchsucht werden.
