Mike Penberthy (* 29. November 1974 in Los Gatos, Kalifornien,) ist ein US-amerikanischer Basketballspieler.

2005 spielte er für die deutsche Mannschaft Alba Berlin auf der Position des Shooting-Guards. Vorher war er unter anderem bei den Hamburg Tigers. Zur Saison 2006/2007 schloss er sich der Mannschaft von Reggio Emilia in Italien an. Seit 2007 ist er für Snaidero Cucine Udine aktiv.
