POV ist ein Akronym und steht für:

  • Point Of View (engl. Standpunkt), bezeichnet eine persönliche Meinung, Ansicht, Gesichtspunkt oder Erzählperspektive.
  • Point Of View (oder Subjektive) in Film, Fotografie sowie Videospielen: die optische Perspektive oder Einstellung, die einen Blick wie mit den Augen eines Akteurs oder einer Figur zeigt; siehe Point-of-View-Shot.
  • Pyramid Of Vision (Sehpyramide), ein Begriff aus der perspektivischen Malerei und der 3D-Computergrafik: Die unendliche Pyramide, die das Blickfeld eines Beobachters darstellt und ihre Spitze beim Beobachter hat.
