Das Lubliner Komitee, eigentlich Polnisches Komitee der Nationalen Befreiung (polnisch: Polski Komitet Wyzwolenia Narodowego, kurz: PKWN), war eine gegen Ende des Zweiten Weltkrieges von der Sowjetunion gestützte kommunistische provisorische Regierung Polens.
Als 1944 die deutsche Besatzung der Stadt Lublin von sowjetischen Truppen beendet werden konnte, wurde diese zur ersten polnischen Hauptstadt der Nachkriegszeit ausgerufen. Sich selbst erklärte das Lubliner Komitee zur provisorischen Regierung. Stalin erkannte das Komitee unter Übergehung der Exilregierung in London als provisorische Regierung Polens an. Diese hatte sich bei der Sowjetunion durch ihre Anklage wegen des Massakers von Katyn unbeliebt gemacht. Dies bot nun den Anlass sie zukünftig nicht mehr anzuerkennen.
