Das Project CityCenter ist ein 308.000 m² umfassender Gebäudekomplex, der von MGM-Mirage in Auftrag gegeben wurde. Das Projekt entsteht auf dem westlichen Strip in Las Vegas auf dem Platz, auf welchem früher das Boardwalk Hotel and Casino stand. Dieses wurde für diesen Zweck gesprengt. Das zwischen dem Bellagio und dem The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino liegende Gebäude wird zu beiden Resorts via Peoplemover erreichbar sein. Das Gebäude ist mit Baukosten von schätzungsweise sieben Milliarden US-Dollar (€ 4.949.700.000) das teuerste privatfinanzierte Gebäude in den USA.

Der Komplex setzt sich unter anderem aus etwa 2.700 luxuriösen Eigentumswohnungen, einem 4000 Zimmer umfassenden Grand Hotel und Casino, einem 400-Zimmer-Hotel und einem 50.000 m² Unterhaltungsbereich zusammen. Insgesamt verfügt die Anlage über eine Kapazität, die ausreicht, um 12.000 Menschen zu beherbergen.
