Quadring

Ein Quadring ist ein Rundschnurring mit einem angenähert quadratischen Querschnitt. Im Vergleich zum O-Ring ist er in radialer Richtung weniger steif und erlaubt somit bei kleiner Vorpressung eine gute Schmierung (mit kleinem Schmierstoffreservoir) und geringer Reibung.
