Unter dem Begriff schneller Erfolg (englisch quick win) versteht man, aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht, eine Strategie mit dem Ziel zunächst jene Vorhaben zu realisieren, die schnell zu sichtbaren, verbesserten Ergebnissen führen. Die erzielten Resultate tragen, durch ihren plakativen Charakter, dazu bei, Akzeptanz für etwaige Neuerungen zu schaffen. Die Strategie des schnellen Erfolges behandelt somit auch einen Aspekt des Veränderungsmanagements (change management).
