Raoul Pierre Pictet (* 4. April 1846 in Genf; † 27. Juli 1929 in Paris) war ein Schweizer Physiker.

Pictet war seit 1879 Professor an der Universität Genf und machte sich insbesondere dadurch bekannt, indem er nachwies, dass Wasserstoff, Stickstoff und Sauerstoff unter Anwendung hohen Druckes und tiefer Temperaturen in den flüssigen Zustand überführbar sind und als Feststoff existieren können.

Ähnliche Ergebnisse erhielt etwa um dieselbe Zeit Louis Paul Cailletet in Paris, der jedoch eine andere technische Anwendung benutzte.

Pictet lebte seit 1886 in Berlin, wo er an der Berliner Universität lehrte.
