Die Regis University ist eine römisch-katholische Universität in Denver im US-Bundesstaat Colorado. Gegründet wurde sie 1877 durch die Ordensgemeinschaft der Jesuiten. An der Regis University sind ca. 16.000 Studierende eingeschrieben. Die Hochschule ist Mitglied der Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities.
