Der Begriff Planleistungsindex (PLI) oder englisch Schedule Performance Index (SPI) steht für das Verhältnis von geleisteter zu geplanter Arbeit. Nach Project Management Institute heißt dies Schedule Performance Indicator.
Anwendung
Benutzt wird der Begriff im Zusammenhang mit Projektmanagement und hier insbesondere bei der Earned-Value-Methode.
Beispiel
Ein PLI von 66,6 % entsteht bspw., wenn an einem Stichtag Arbeit zu einem Wert von 300.000 Euro geplant war und nur Arbeit im Wert von 200.000 Euro geleistet wurde.
