Sdot Jam (hebräisch ‏שדות ים‎, Alternativschreibweise Sedot Jam) ist ein Kibbuz in Nordisrael; er liegt an der Mittelmeerküste nordwestlich von Hadera und hat ca. 680 Einwohner.

Sdot Jam wurde 1940 von Mitgliedern israelischer Jugendbewegungen gegründet. Ziel war es vor allem, die Entwicklung der Industrie und die illegale jüdische Einwanderung nach Palästina vor der Staatsgründung zu unterstützen. In Sdot Jam wurde der Vorläufer der israelischen Marine, die Palyam, gegründet.

Der Kibbuz liegt unmittelbar südlich der ausgedehnten Ausgrabungsstätten des antiken Caesarea (Caesarea Maritima); ein wichtiger Erwerbszweig ist wegen der nahe gelegenen Ausgrabungsstätten, der Lage am Meer und des nahen Golfplatzes der Tourismus.

Berühmte Bewohnerin Sdot Jams war die ungarisch-jüdische Widerstandskämpferin Chana Szenes.
