Die Harry-Brot GmbH ist eine deutsche Großbäckerei mit Sitz in Schenefeld bei Hamburg. Das Familienunternehmen wurde 1688 durch Johan Hinrich Harry in Altona gegründet. Heute wird es durch die zehnte Generation der Gründerfamilie geleitet. 1963 zog man in einen Neubau nach Schenefeld. Weitere Produktionsstätten befinden sich in Hannover, Berlin, Wiedemar, Ratingen, Sülzetal / OT Osterweddingen, Schneverdingen, Soltau und Troisdorf. Vertriebsstellen finden sich in ganz Norddeutschland. Das Sortiment, welches über 60 Brot- und Brötchensorten umfasst, wird in viele europäische Staaten (Schweden, Niederlande, Frankreich, Italien etc.) exportiert. Der Jahresumsatz betrug im Jahr 2007 580 Mio. Euro, womit man zu den Marktführern der industriellen Bäckereien zählt. Die Firma beschäftigte 2007 etwa 3.300 Mitarbeiter, davon etwa 750 in Schenefeld. Täglich werden am Hauptsitz ca. 250 Tonnen an Backwaren hergestellt und über 9100 Geschäfte vertrieben. Das Unternehmen ist Muttergesellschaft des Back-Discounters Back-Factory, Produkte für Discount-Läden werden zum Teil unter der Marke Brotland vertrieben.
