Silly Walk Movement

Silly Walks Movement ist ein Reggae-Soundsystem aus Hamburg. Entstanden ist es 1991. Sie trugen maßgeblich zur Verbreitung von Roots Reggae und Dub im Norden Deutschlands bei. Seit einigen Jahren arbeiten die beiden Mitglieder David Meyer und Oliver Schrader auch als Produzenten.

Bei ihrem Debütalbum wirkten Stars wie Jan Delay, Gentleman, Patrice Bart-Williams, Ce'cile und viele andere mit. Ein Jahr später veröffentlichten sie gemeinsam mit Patrice Bart-Williams ein weiteres Album. Außerdem produzieren sie ganze Alben von einzelnen Künstlern wie beispielsweise Patrice Bart-Williams und Caramelo & Criminal aus München.
