Sinoe (Alternativschreibung Sino) ist eine Verwaltungsregion (County) Liberias mit etwa 85.000 Einwohnern[1]. Ihre Hauptstadt ist Greenville.

Die Region liegt im Südosten Liberias an der Atlantikküste.

In der Flagge von Sinoe[2] überkreuzen sich ein horizontaler und ein vertikaler grüner Streifen vor weißem Grund. Das Weiß steht für Reinheit, das Grün für Regenwälder.
