Skeptics Society

Die Skeptics Society ist eine US-amerikanische Organisation der Skeptikerbewegung, deren selbsterklärtes Ziel die Förderung des wissenschaftlichen Denkens ist. Gegründet 1992, zählte sie 2008 über 55.000 Mitglieder weltweit. Ihr Gründer ist Michael Shermer. Die Skeptics Society beschäftigt sich mit Phänomenen, die sie als Pseudowissenschaften betrachtet, beispielsweise Kreationismus, PSI, Hellsehen sowie Holocaustleugnung.
