Robin Smeulders (* 19. Juni 1987 in Münster) ist ein niederländischer Basketballspieler in der Position des Forward. Smeulders ist Sohn einer Österreicherin und eines Niederländers und besitzt die niederländische und die österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft.

Er spielt momentan in der 2.Basketballbundesliga bei der SG Braunschweig und ist bereits mit 18 Jahre dort Stammspieler. Er ist schon mehrfach in Auswahlteams des niederländischen Basketballbundes berufen worden. Momentan ist er im erweiterten Kreis der U-18 Junioren und hat bereits an mehreren internationalen Turnieren und einer Junioren-Europameisterschaft teilgenommen. Seine bisherigen Stationen waren: EBBC Hertogenbosch (NL), Vellmar.

Aufgrund seiner Größe von 2,05 m und seiner Sprungkraft wird er auch "Fliegender Holländer" genannt.
