Die Capgemini sd&m AG ist ein deutsches IT-Beratungs- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Sitz in München. Das Unternehmen wurde am 1. Oktober 1982 von Ernst Denert und Ulfried Maiborn unter dem Namen sd&m software design und management gegründet. Der aktuelle Vorstandsvorsitzende ist Edmund Küpper. Seit 2001 gehört das Unternehmen zur Capgemini-Gruppe. Seit 1. Oktober 2008 wird die bis dahin als Tochtergesellschaft von Capgemini existierende sd&m zusammen mit dem Capgemini-Geschäftsbereich 'SAP Business Solutions' unter der gemeinsamen Marke Capgemini sd&m geführt.
Capgemini sd&m ist an den Standorten München, Stuttgart, Walldorf, Frankfurt, Köln/Bonn, Düsseldorf, Berlin, Hannover, Hamburg und Zürich vertreten.
