Die St. Lawrence-Rotzahnspitzmaus (Sorex jacksoni) ist eine Art aus der Gattung der Rotzahnspitzmäuse. Sie gehört ebenso wie die Pribilof-Rotzahnspitzmaus zu den endemischen Arten dieser Gattung. Ihr Vorkommen ist auf die St. Lawrence-Insel in der Bering-See begrenzt; sie ist damit eine der nearktischen Arten dieser Gattung. Wegen ihres nördlichen Lebensraumes ist sie einer der wenigen Insektenfresser, die zur Fauna der Arktis zählen.

Die Körperlänge der St. Lawrence-Rotzahnspitzmaus beträgt inklusive Schwanz 94 bis 107 Millimeter. Ihr Gewicht liegt zwischen vier und fünf Gramm.
