Die Sudanesische Volksbefreiungsbewegung (engl. Sudan People's Liberation Movement, kurz SPLM) ist eine politische Organisation, die bis 2005 für die Unabhängigkeit Südsudans kämpfte und dazu ihren militärische Flügel, die Sudanesische Volksbefreiungsarmee (kurz SPLA) benutzte.
Ihr Führer ist Salva Kiir Mayardit, der John Garang ablöste, nachdem dieser am 1. August 2005 bei einem Hubschrauberabsturz ums Leben gekommen war.
Seit dem Friedensabkommen mit der sudanesischen Regierung im Januar 2005 stellt die SPLM die Regierung Südsudans, der bis zu einem Referendum im Jahr 2011 als autonome Region in Sudan verbleibt.
