Der Balsam Lake (deutsch „Balsamsee“) ist ein See in der kanadischen Provinz Ontario. Er liegt im südlichen Teil von Mittel-Ontario und gehört zu den Kawartha Lakes, einer Gruppe von Seen. Er ist 16 Kilometer lang und durchschnittlich drei Kilometer breit. Den Abfluss des Sees bildet der Fluss Gull River.

Der See ist der höchste Punkt des Trent-Severn Waterways, einem Kanal, der die Georgsbucht im Huronsee mit dem Ontariosee verbindet. Der See befindet sich auf einer Höhe von 256 m.

Das Dorf Coboconk liegt am Nordufer des Balsamsees. Ebenfalls am See liegt der Balsam Lake Provincial Park.
