Travel One erscheint alle 14 Tage freitags im Verlag T&M Media GmbH & Co. KG in Darmstadt. Ältere Ausgaben können kostenlos von der Webseite heruntergeladen werden.

Das Unternehmen gehört mit zwölf weiteren Fachverlagen zu der DVV Media Group mit Sitz in Hamburg. Neben dem Travel-One-Magazin informieren ein täglicher Newsletter mit dem Titel Travel One Morning News und die Webseite die Touristikbranche über Veranstalterangebote, Branchenveranstaltungen und Zielgebiete.
