Der Typ 95 "Ha-Go" (jap. 九五式軽戦車, 95 shiki keisensha) war ein japanischer leichter Panzer im Zweiten Weltkrieg. 1935 in Dienst gestellt, sollte er als leichtes Fahrzeug zusammen mit dem mittleren Panzer Typ 89 (Chi-Ro) in mechanisierten Brigaden der japanischen Armee eingesetzt werden. Er erwies sich im Krieg gegen China als hervorragendes Fahrzeug und war bei den Besatzungen sehr beliebt.

Er wurde zwischen 1936 und 1943 produziert, insgesamt wurden 1350 Stück hergestellt. Die Panzerung schützte noch ausreichend gegen Infanteriewaffenbeschuss, nicht jedoch gegen den Beschuss aus Panzerabwehrwaffen. Die 37-mm-Kanone war zum Einsatz gegen Infanterieziele vorgesehen und daher zur Bekämpfung gegnerischer Panzer wenig geeignet. Der „Ha-Go“ war für einen leichten Panzer verhältnismäßig langsam.

Den US-amerikanischen Modellen erwies sich der „Ha-Go“ in jedem Fall unterlegen. Hinzu kam, dass die USA erheblich größere Stückzahlen produzieren und einsetzen konnten.
