Der Uruguay Round Agreements Act, kurz URAA, ist ein Bundesgesetz der Vereinigten Staaten. Es wurde 1994 im Anschluss an die Uruguay-Runde verabschiedet. Es änderte das Urheberrecht in den USA ab und führte insbesondere zu Anpassungen, weil die Vereinigten Staaten am 1. März 1989 die Berner Übereinkunft unterzeichnet haben.
