Die Universität des Westkaps (Afrikaans: Universiteit van Wes-Kaapland; Englisch: University of the Western Cape) ist eine staatliche Universität in Bellville, einem Bezirk der Stadt Tygerberg in der südafrikanischen Provinz Westkap. Bellville liegt etwa 30 Autominuten von Kapstadt entfernt. Die Universität des Westkaps wurde während der Apartheid 1959 für die Ausbildung von Schwarzafrikanern gegründet und ist heute eine Universität mit einer sprachlich und ethnisch gemischten Studentenschaft.
