Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) ist ein Übermittlungsdienst für GSM-Netze definiert nach den Standards GSM 02.90, GSM 03.90 und GSM 04.90.
Er unterstützt einfachere Mobilfunkzusatzdienste als die, die durch GSM-Signalisierung implementiert werden. Die Zugangsnummern für Dienste, die man wählen muss, um sie zu benutzen, haben das Format *1nn#, wobei "*" und "#" für die Stern- beziehungsweise Rautentaste auf dem Handy stehen und "1nn" drei mit 1 beginnende Dezimaltasten sind.
Über USSD-Dienste kann man zum Beispiel Zugang zu vorkonfigurierten Diensten bekommen, die für den Betreiber des jeweiligen Mobilfunknetzes spezifisch sind.
