Das Denkmal für die Opfer des Kommunismus (engl.: Victims of Communism Memorial) ist ein politisches Denkmal in Washington, D.C., USA, in unmittelbarer Nähe des United States Capitol.
Es ist der politischen Ausrichtung des Demokratie zuzuordnen und soll nach Angaben der Trägerstiftung, die durch ein Gesetz des US-Kongresses ins Leben gerufen wurde, dazu dienen, an Verbrechen kommunistischer Tyrannei zu erinnern (to commemorate the more than 100 million victims of communism [and] that the history of communist tyranny will be taught to future generations).
Die feierliche Einweihung des Denkmals fand am 12. Juni 2007 durch den US-amerikanischen Präsidenten George W. Bush statt.
