Als Nördliche Ägäis (griechisch Βόρειο Αιγαίο, Vorio Egeo) wird eine der dreizehn Verwaltungsregionen Griechenlands bezeichnet. Sie hat rund 210.000 Einwohner und umfasst Inseln, die unter geografischen Gesichtspunkten zu den Nordägäischen und Ostägäischen Inseln sowie zu den Südlichen Sporaden zählen. Die Hauptstadt ist Mytilini auf Lesbos.
