The Wharf Holdings Limited (The Wharf) ist ein Unternehmen aus China mit Firmensitz in Hongkong. Das Unternehmen ist im Aktienindex Hang Seng Index notiert.

Das Unternehmen wurde 1886 in Hongkong gegründet. In seinen Anfangszeiten gehörten dem Unternehmen Werften und Warenhäuser im Hafen von Hongkong. Der damalige Firmenname des Unternehmens war The Hongkong and Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company, Limited, der 1986 geändert wurde.

The Wharf besitzt gegenwärtig zwei Tochterunternehmen im Transportsektor: die Hong Kong Tramway und die Star Ferry. Zum Unternehmen gehören des Weiteren Immobilien in der Harbour City und am Times Square von Hongkong und Immobilien im Tsim Sha Tsui Distrikt von Kowloon.

Zudem gehören zu The Wharf die Unternehmen i-CABLE, Cable TV, Wharf T&T und Modern Terminals. Das Unternehmen wird seit 1980 von dem dem in Hongkong ansässigen Mischkonzern "Wheelock and Company" kontrolliert, der 49% des Aktienkapitals von Wharf hält.
