Die jaghnobische Sprache gehört zu den iranischen Sprachen und wird in einem abgelegenen Hochtal nördlich von Duschanbe in Tadschikistan von etwa 2.000 bis 3.000 Jagnoben gesprochen.
Das Jaghnobi geht auf einen sogdischen Dialekt zurück. Jaghnobisch ist neben dem Ossetischen die einzige lebende Sprache aus dem Zweig der nordostiranischen Sprachen.
