ysmICQ! (engl.: „YSM-You sick me ICQ“ – „Du machst mich krank, ICQ!“) ist ein in der Programmiersprache C geschriebener freier ICQ-Client für verschiedene Betriebssysteme, z.B. Mac OS X, Linux, Windows, OpenBSD, FreeBSD, NetBSD, BeOS, QNX, IRIX, Solaris/SunOS und OS/2. Er wurde unter der GPL veröffentlicht und steht als Quelltext und als Binary für Windows-Betriebssysteme zum Download zur Verfügung.

Zum Funktionsumfang gehört auch die Möglichkeit der Verschlüsselung zu sendender Nachrichten und Daten. Dafür muss jedoch der Kommunikationspartner mit dem ICQ-Netzwerk verbunden sein und eine kompatible Version von ysmICQ verwenden.

Es gibt keine grafische Benutzeroberfläche, das Programm funktioniert mit Kommandozeilen.
