Yury Blinov

Juri Iwanowitsch Blinow (russisch Юрий Иванович Блинов; * 13. Januar 1949 in Moskau) ist ein ehemaliger russischer Eishockeyspieler.

Karriere

Während seiner Karriere spielte der Stürmer für HK ZSKA Moskau. Insgesamt erzielte er 119 Tore in 236 Spielen in der sowjetischen Liga. Schon früh wurde er in das Team der Sowjetischen Eishockeynationalmannschaft berufen. Am 17. Dezember 1971 stand er in einem Spiel gegen Finnland zum ersten Mal für die Sbornaja auf dem Eis. Seine internationale Karriere wurde mit der Goldmedaille bei den Olympischen Winterspielen 1972 gekrönt. Für die Nationalmannschaft erzielte er 23 Tore in 37 Länderspielen. Bei den Eishockey-Weltmeisterschaften 1972 wurde er mit seiner Mannschaft Zweiter und er nahm an der Summit Series 1972 teil. Ebenfalls 1972 wurde er in die „Russische Hockey Hall of Fame“ aufgenommen. Am 17. Dezember 1972 bestritt er sein letztes Länderspiel.
