Boards & More ist eine Dachmarke, unter der die Marken Mistral, Fanatic, ION, North Sails und North Kiteboarding stehen. Boards & More wurde von der KJ Jacobs AG inszeniert. Die Boards & More GmbH in Molln ist die österreichische Tochtergesellschaft der Schweizer Boards & More Holding SA in Montreux, welche wiederum eine hundertprozentige Tochtergesellschaft der Schweizer Airesis SA ist.

Geschichte

Boards & More wurde im Jahr 2000 durch Fusion der Sportmarken Mistral, F2 und Fanatic gegründet. Durch den Zusammenschluss wurde Boards & More zum Marktführer auf dem Windsurf-Markt sowie führender Distributor des europäischen Snowboard-Marktes. Am 1. August 2003 verkaufte die KJ Jacobs AG das Unternehmen F2 an ein Investorenteam das von der Airesis geführt wird.

Das Unternehmen führt Produktdesign, Einkauf, Logistik, internationalen und nationalen Verkauf sowie den Kundenservice aus.

Das Unternehmen wird heute von Gregor König, Till Eberle und Boris Zwetkoff geführt.
