Manhattan West Projekt ist der Name zweier geplanter Bürohochhäuser in New York City, Manhattan.

Bis etwa 2010 soll der Bau der zwei Türme, die von Skidmore, Owings and Merrill geplant wurden, beginnen. Eine Fertigstellung ist für das Jahr 2013 zu erwarten. Sie sollen 370 m und 285 m hoch werden. Der erste Turm wäre damit das 5-höchste Gebäude der Stadt, nach dem 1 World Trade Center (541 m), 2 World Trade Center (411 m), 3 World Trade Center (383 m) und dem Empire State Building (381 m). Eigentümer und Bauherr ist das Unternehmen Brookfield Properties (daher auch der Name).
