Das Cytochrom P450, Familie 27, Subfamilie A, Polypeptid 1 (kurz: CYP27A1, oder alternativ nach verschiedenen Funktionen benannt, unter anderem: Sterol 27-Hydroxylase, Vitamin D3 25-Hydroxylase, Cholestanetriol 26-Monooxygenase) ist ein Mitglied der Cytochrom P450-Enzymsuperfamilie. CYP27A1 ist ein mitochondriales Enzym, welches für den Abbau der Cholesterine zu Gallensäuren wichtig ist und zusammen mit der Vitamin-D–25-Hydroxylase das Vitamin D3 zu 25(OH)Vitamin D3 hydroxyliert.
